Excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. the staff are genuinely friendly, and I loved the complimentary airport shuttle. The breakfast was varied and delightful, making mornings a pleasure.

The rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from renovations, and I found the noise from outside to be somewhat disruptive at night.

The attached restaurant serves nice Italian food, and breakfast was decent. Though it could get repetitive if you stay longer than a couple of days. I faced a bit of a noise issue from the highway at night, making it hard to get sound sleep. Some soundproofing is definitely needed. Overall, the location is great, but it needs some upgrades to improve comfort. I would probably stay here again for the location and friendly service, but I hope they address the noise impact.

The noise level can be bothersome, especially from outside traffic and, believe it or not, early morning roosters. Some rooms come with inconsistent water pressure. for instance, when I tried to take a shower, there was no running water at all. The beds are on the firmer side, far from plush, which might not sit well with everyone. Also, requests for extra pillows can lead to disappointment as they may be unavailable.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santiago De Arma. The location is perfect for those needing to be close to the airport, with a free shuttle that made transfers super easy. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the mountain, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
